If there is one thing in this world that really annoys me is when people think they can remark on another's appearance - whether it be their features, hair, stature, what they may be wearing or anything else these rude people feel it is their God given right to comment on.

Well as you have most likely read elsewhere the old Dingo hasn't been too good over the last few weeks. Suffered another bout of slight pneubloodymonia and a great resurgence of the gout which has meant a very sedate lifestyle.

Been working on DiggerFest 2009.   Had a look at some bus companies with the idea of hiring a 22 seater bus to get us out and about.  Works out to $200 a day plus refuelling.  20 members is only $10 a day each (plus fuel) built in to the price of the weekend, not a lot I know, but I'm looking to do better.  The Vietnam Veterans Association will give me an 11 seater for nothing, just fuel, but then we’d have to tie 10 people to the roof racks.

My first foray into blogging. I have heaps to say, so no loss for words, but where to bloody start! Here and now I s'pose.

It's a lazy Saturday on VBC and I am alleviating the all too familiar boredom by going through my images and labelling them, arranging them and contemplating the memories. A week later. It's been a whole week since my last post. Funny but I thought it had only been about seven days! There are forces at work that defy the understanding or mere mortals and they are arranged against me to defeat whatever I plan.
